“What is the price of two sparrows--one copper coin? But not a single sparrow can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it.”
Matthew 10:29 Living

“Look at the birds. They don't plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren't you far more valuable to him than they are?”
Matt 6:26

I decided that if God notices birds, I should also.   So I set out to enjoy them.   I was in South Carolina with my husband visiting my parents and went for a ride on their boat.  There, up high in a nest,  just happened to be, not one, but two eagles.  I love and quote Psalms 103:1-5 (all of our benefits) often.  Verse 5 mentions eagles: “He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle's!”   Later, I was blessed to watch one soar in the sky.  Not working hard, flapping his wings, but just gliding, higher than the other birds who were flapping their wings.  It seemed effortless for the eagle.  An effortless life is a renewed life and Jesus died to provide it for us!   I’ll take it!

Our Father feeds and cares for the birds.  You don’t find birds falling dead because of starvation. The birds don’t worry about any of their needs, nor should we!  If our Father cares for and watches over the birds of the air, how much more will He take care for and provide for all of our needs!

Take and enjoy your effortless provision!  No worries!
