Mark 10:51
"What do you want me to do for you?" Jesus asked him. The blind man said, "Rabbi, I want to see."

John 15:7
If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

The blind man was calling for Jesus.  I'm sure he didn't know exactly where Jesus was, but he heard Jesus was near so he started yelling.  The blind man must've heard stories about Jesus healing the sick (faith comes by hearing) so when he heard Jesus was near, he had faith enough to yell out to him!  That blind man knew if he could get Jesus's attention, Jesus would heal him!
When Jesus heard this, he called the blind man and asked him, "What do you want me to do for you?"
Jesus knew what that man wanted, but he asked anyway.  If the blind man would've asked for money, Jesus would have done that.  Jesus was willing to do whatever it was the man was asking of him, but He needed faith in order to do it!  The blind man had faith for SIGHT, therefore the Lord gave Him SIGHT!  Activate your faith by declaring what you are believing for out loud!
The woman with the issue of blood, the leper, and the blind man all came to Jesus.  All three SPOKE what they believed for!  They made a demand on the Anointed One.
We need to use our faith to receive what has been promised to us!  Speak boldly, knowing His answer is YES.
2 Corinithians 1:20 says, "For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God."
