“Lord, if it’s you,” Peter replied, “tell me to come to you on the water.”
“Come,” he said.
Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus.  But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!”
Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. “You of little faith,” he said, “why did you doubt?”
Matthew 14:28-31

We have the choice to look at the problems around us or to look at Jesus.  It's easy to look at problems, and when we do they seem to get bigger and bigger.
Instead of looking at the problems we can decide to magnify Jesus!  We can choose to make Jesus bigger and when we do our problems begin to disappear as we rest in His finished work!
Peter was walking on water to Jesus, it wasn't until he looked at the storm around him that he began to sink.  If Peter would have kept his eyes on Jesus, he would have continued to walk on water.  Nonetheless, Jesus rescued Peter immediately!  He didn't let Peter sink and splash around for a while, he didn't wait for Peter to gulp down water.  He simply reached out and rescued Peter.
Maybe you took your eyes off of Jesus like Peter did and your problems seemed to multiply around you, don't worry!  Jesus is lifting you up today!  He is rescuing you.  Call out to him like Peter did and Jesus will rescue you IMMEDIATELY, just like he did with Peter.
Keep your eyes on Jesus, not your problems.  Your problems are subject to Jesus.  Everything changes when you begin to see things through your eyes of faith!  When you look at Jesus, the storm disappears!  Prison doors swing wide open, seas split, and nations are saved!  Look to the creator of the universe, look to the healer!  Your problems have nothing on the blood of Jesus!
