John 14:27
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

We serve a faithful Father, He is always faithful.  In the midst of the difficult seasons, He is still with us, leading us with His still small voice.
He tells us, "Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."  If that weren't possible to do, He wouldn't have said it.  In the midst of hard times, it is possible to have the peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7).  It is possible to be unafraid, to be fearless!  It is possible to not allow our hearts to be troubled.
As we continue to renew our minds to the truth of Christ's love for us, it will be easier to trust Him.  Psalms 37:25 says, "I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging for bread."  We are righteous through Christ, and now we can know that He will not forsake us!  We have nothing to fear, we can have peace!  Our God is faithful and He will take care of us, He WILL do exceedingly and abundantly above all we could ask or think.

We are children of God.  There is no better family to be in.
