Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
    and lean not on your own understanding;
 in all your ways submit to him,
    and he will make your paths straight

Many times we write down a list of things we want.  We have a specific plan for our lives and then we hand it over to God to sign off on.  What if He gave us a blank sheet and asked us to sign off on that instead.  Do you trust Him enough to sign?  Maybe His plans for your life don't look like what you had in mind, are you still willing to trust Him?
We are told in Proverbs 3:5-6 to lean not on our own understanding, instead, we are to submit to God and He WILL direct us!  The key is trusting Him.
Signing off on a blank sheet, not knowing all the details, is sometimes hard, but always worth it.
His plans are so much better!  He sees the end from the beginning!
Isaiah 55:8-9 says, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
He has better plans for you than you have for yourself.  Trust Him and follow where He leads. He will lead you beside still waters.  He is the peace giver, the healer, He is your provision and comforter.  Sign off on His plan.
