James 1:6
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering.  For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

The past couple of months I've had to make a lot of seemingly big decisions.  I ended up calling my dad over a dozen times questioning my decisions.  He finally said to me, "Allyson, you need to stop wavering!"
Our God is so good.  He is kind and patient and loving!  Even if you take a detour, He will re-direct you!
Someone told me that she saw me going down several paths, almost like detours, rather than staying on the main road.  It was a vision she said the Lord gave her for me.
Well, I thought that was a bad thing.  I had been trying so hard the past couple of months to stay on the main path, rather than taking detours.
I told my uncle about it last night, and he reminded me of the cross country road trip I went on with my brother.  We drove from New York to California camping the entire way.  We could've flown and gotten to our final destination much faster.  Instead, we took detours;  we drove, camped, and saw so many exciting places.  I wouldn't trade that experience.  I'll remember it forever.
Sometimes detours are good!  Listen to the Lord and make a decision.  Don't waver.  Even if it's a detour, you just might have an excellent time!
If you have a desire to be in the perfect will of God, He will continue to re-direct you until you're there.
