“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”
Romans 8:1

Great news! No condemnation, or judging, for those who are in Christ Jesus!  “For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.” (Rom 8:2)

It might be tempting to judge yourself or others at times, but Jesus took all the judgment for us, so it's important to see yourself the way He does.  Righteous with God’s righteousness, favored, the top, not the bottom, holy, his very own!  (2 Cor 5:21, Ps 5:12, Heb 3:1, Deut 28:13)

In John 8, there is a story about a woman who was caught in the act of adultery.  She was guilty, no doubt about it!  Jesus, the spotless, sinless lamb of God, was the only one who had a right to judge the woman.  But, look at John 8:10-11 “Jesus stood up and said to her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?  She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you; go, and from now on sin no more.”   Notice that Jesus FIRST told her that he does not condemn her, and THEN tells her to go and sin no more.

Jesus did not tell the woman how bad she was and to sin no more and then maybe he will forgive her.  No!  He told her first that he did not condemn her and then told her not to be committing adultery anymore.

Thank you, Jesus, for taking all the condemnation!
